What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
Where are you located?
Our office and warehouse is at Wakefield, West Yorkshire in the UK.
When will you dispatch my order?
We try to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
Any orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day. Our couriers can collect later than this, so it's possible orders placed later will still be shipped.
Where are your products manufactured?
Most of our products at this time are supplied by OSRAM who manufacture most of their products in Germany. Some products are made in other locations.

How much does shipping cost?
UK orders receive free shipping. International customers will see full shipping costs in the checkout.
